About DGGI-SUMMIT

The Domestic Gas and Gas Infrastructure Summit (DGGI-Summit) is the most comprehensive and influential event in the Nigeria’s gas sector, bringing together key stakeholders from the government, industry, academia, civil society and international partners to discuss and deliberate on the opportunities and challenges of building a sustainable, resilient gas and renewable energy sector in Nigeria and beyond. The event is organized by the Abuja Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ACCI) Energy Trade Group in collaboration with the Nigerian Gas Association (NGA) and the Association of Local Distributors of Gas (ALDG).

About ACCI

The Energy Trade Group of the Abuja Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ACCI), a non-partisan, non-sectarian, member-funded organization with the primary objective of promoting economic and industrial development and the common interests of the business community within the FCT and Nigeria in general. The ACCI through its Energy Trade Group and in collaboration with the Nigerian Gas Association (NGA) and  the Association of Local Distributors of Gas (ALDG) holds  the annual Domestic Gas and Gas Infrastructure Summit (DGGI-Summit) as a forum for the exchange of best practices, thoughts, knowledge base and the contribution to policy development in domestic gas-related matters.

About NGA:

The Nigerian Gas Association (NGA) is the professional body responsible for the promotion and protection of the interests of the gas industry in Nigeria. Formed in 1999, the NGA’s initial membership came from the primary gas production and utilization companies in Nigeria. About ALDG

The Association of Local Distributors of Gas (ALDG) ALDG was established in February 2020 to promote all activities within the Natural Gas distribution value chain, to encourage the development of Natural Gas distribution business in Nigeria; and to promote the safe transmission, distribution, and utilisation of Natural Gas. Who We Are?

The Energy Trade Group is an arm of the ACCI . It comprises heads of companies across the entire domestic gas value chain with business interests in Nigeria and who are members of the Abuja Chamber.

About DGGI-Summit 2023?

The 2023 Domestic Gas and Gas Infrastructure Summit will hold on October 24-25, 2023, at the Abuja International Trade and Convention Centre, Abuja, Nigeria on the theme "Shaping Nigeria’s Energy Outlook Through Gas Development." The summit will feature exhibition, plenary sessions comprising the opening ceremony, and four panel sessions.
